Not sure what you did, but all you have to do is unzip the release downloaded from github, and drag and drop your ISO over the extractor.exe Game really looks awesome with the first pack: When you want to try the other pack, just delete the 'texture_replacements' folder you placed into "out/data" and drag the other 'texture_replacements" folder there, then drag ISO over extractor.exe again.
